  1. Bob Grey - Citizen

Side note: First off, I am not sure if I am posting this in the right place. I thought "Pending" would be the right subforum as when an application is submitted, it would then be "pending" but I did not see a "New Topic" button there. I then found one other application here, so I decided that his would be the next fitting place. Sorry if it is the wrong area and feel free to notify me so I can go there, or if it can be moved. But here it is: Personal information (Character) -Forename: Bob - Surname: Grey - Age: 24 - County: United States - What is your background story (85 Words Minimum): Born and raised in the U.S. State of Arkansas, graduated High School, but never went on to college. Instead, went to a truck driving school to get a Commercial Driver's License. Worked as an Over The Road driver for just over 3 years hauling cargo such as food and produce to markets, vehicles to dealers, and even some military equipment. The goal was to save up some money to go to college for architecture and city planning/civil engineering, but when the time came, leaving the country seemed to be the better option, as not only did I feel "out of place" in American society, but the country also quickly descended into cultural and political chaos, especially in Arkansas. Other Information (Non Character) - Why do you want to join Utopia Life? (85 Words Minimum): I began playing Arma 3 a couple years ago. I have never played an Arma game before that point. After installing the game, the first thing I did was find a "Life" server, as I like to play more calm, laid back, relaxing games, and these servers provided just that, with the occasional "excitement" such as after a few hours, I got hijacked, kidnapped, and brought half-way across the map! After a few months, I stopped playing because there seemed to be a lack of good servers that where realistic, efficiently set up, and didn't turn in to chaos within a day or two. Last week, some of my friends have been talking about setting up a military simulation server which would also have civilian roles (which is what my job will be). I reinstalled the game, went looking for some of the mods that will be used to get an idea of how it will be, watched some videos, and came across a "showcase" for this map and server. I then realized that I may just have found a good RP server! This one not only seems to be realistic, but it shows much potential due to the fact that everything about it is new. New map, new models, specific-designed moderation, etc. This is something I have been looking for! I even tried to make my own server, but that quickly fell apart due to my lack of experience with modding and server hosting. - Do you understand you must speak fluent English? Yes. It is the only language I can speak fluently. (The only other language I at least partly know is Latin, so you won't have an issue with me speaking other languages.) - What is your Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy): 04/11/1997 - SteamID: 76561198072069403 - Steam Profile: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198072069403/ - What is RDM and what does it stand for? Random Death Match; Similar to "Free for All" Death Match; when players engage in the random killing of other players with no apparent reasons, organization, rules, or regard for the other players involved directly or indirectly. - What is VDM and what does it stand for? Vehicular Death Match; Similar to the above, however, using vehicles as the weapons - Please give your definition of role-play: Adopting the identity of a character and playing out activities and/or scenes as that character; reacting to situations as that character would in reality. Roleplay Scenarios - You crash into someone's car, a RP situation has just started what do you do? The same thing I would do in reality, honestly; pull over out of traffic, if possible, exchange insurance information if applicable, and wait until the authorities arrive, if needed. - You are being told by a person with a rifle to put your hands up what do you do? (You have a 9mm pistol on you) Obey their demands, as they clearly have the higher ground here, until there is a plausible moment of opportunity to a:) escape, b:) get authority's involved, or c:) fight back, in that order, with "a" being the most urgent. Edit: Forgot to paste the "Personal information (Character) " header of the first section. Fixed.
